Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform ITS MY DRESS of their wish to return the product. The product must then be returned within 14 days of this notification. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return conditions

All returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with labels intact. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging or shows signs of use will not be refunded or exchanged.

3. Reimbursement

After receipt and inspection of the product, we undertake to reimburse the customer within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-refundable products

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. For a new product, size or color, please place a new order online.

6. Complaints
