ITS MY DRESS delivers its products throughout mainland France. For deliveries outside this area, please contact us at: info@itsmydress-store.com.

2. Delivery times

Our standard delivery times in mainland France are 3 to 5 working days. These deadlines are given for information purposes only.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order. They are clearly indicated before final validation of the order.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package in real time.

5. Missed delivery

If you are not at home during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You can then reschedule a new delivery or collect your package from the agency mentioned.
